I received my box of cookies today! WOW, again what service. Thank you for all the tips for where to get the cookies. I bought 4 boxes and was ready to load up on more! I feed my two Labradors Tucker & Cooper ONLY organic food. I saw your cookies at Costco, read the box and bought 2! When my dogs were puppies I caught my neighbor feeding them table scrapes and almost died! I did not want to hurt the guy’s feelings so I started getting him boxes of cookies to treat the dogs with!
So now everyone is happy. I work for….and I have been around customer service for years. I am a firm believer in serving the customer and rarely do we see that in life anymore. Again, I am impressed with your response, your company and the cookies! You just got yourself a “word of mouth” representative!
